Tom is an environmental engineer with 42 years of water quality experience. He has worked in 15 countries in Africa, Asia and the Caribbean on a variety of drinking water issues including field chlorination projects in Ghana, Jamaica and Haiti. He was a regional drinking water section chief at the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection for over 10 years overseeing engineering plan reviews, treatment system inspections and compliance data analysis for a region that included 94 cities and towns.
