The Technical Working Group (TWG) on Remote Drinking Water Quality Monitoring aims to be a central network of like-minded organizations and individuals who wish to share their experiences, learn from each other, and identify and advance the sensor-based monitoring research and practice agenda. The TWG will function first and foremost as a networking alliance through which other advances in research and practice, such as research agenda identification, innovation and implementation incubation, localized support systems, can be pursued.

The TWG's primary goal is to increase access to safely managed drinking water in low- and middle-income countries by supporting the implementation of sensor-based, remote water quality monitoring approaches.
The next Technical Working Group call will be combined with the broader Community of Practice meeting on September 9th at 9am EDT / 4pm EAT.
